The RTD reports: New York-based Bow Tie Partners has acquired about 4 acres just east of the theater’s parking lot to build two restaurants or retail shops. The land is on the north side of West Leigh Street, just east of the railroad tracks.

Finally, over a year after signing a lease for the former Bella Art space at 1223 Bellevue Avenue, Enoteca Sogno is now open for dinner!
It looks like The Mill on MacArthur will be filling the old Dos Amigos space on MacArthur Avenue. They are currently renovating the space and hope to be open by mid-March. Checkout their website, blog, and most importantly their proposed menu.
