Northside post office up for review

The USPS recently announced that it is reviewing 3,700 retail locations around the country, including six in Richmond, for closure. The North Avenue location is one of those six. More on NPR, and here is the full list of possibly doomed locations.

Seniors Read Book Club at North Avenue Library

The City of Richmond is sponsoring a book club for seniors that is free of charge and open to all! The book club will be held on the third Tuesdays of the month (starting tomorrow, February 15th) at the North Avenue Library. The books will be provided on a loaner basis at the first meeting.
