Update Richmond Police have arrested two people in connection with last night’s fatal shooting on Chamberlayne Avenue. Kevin M. Scott, 18, of the 8400 block of Tyler Lane, has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder. A juvenile teen female has also been arrested and charged. Investigators believe robbery was the motive in this incident.
Update: In less than 24 hours, Richmond Police investigators have arrested a woman in connection with the homicide last night on 4th Avenue. Shanequa L.
