Today police announced they have made an arrest related to the April 5th murder of Keona Johnson. Johnson was a student at John Marshall High School. Below is the release from the RPD.
Update The RPD have identified the victim as Keona M. Johnson, 17, a student at John Marshall high school. WTVR is reporting that Johnson was not the intended target and that the shooting was over a game of dice.
