Highland Park house fire injures one and displaces four, reports RTD

Updates: The Richmond Police Department has made an arrest in a house fire early yesterday. Michelle Yvette Hampton, 34, of Richmond is charged with threatening to burn and arson. Additional charges against Hampton are pending upon review of the case by Richmond Police and the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
