Murder on Brookland Park Boulevard

Update (11/18/2010) From the RPD: Richmond Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with the Oct. 20 homicide that occurred in the 1300 block of East Brookland Park Boulevard. Orlando J. Fogg, 19, of the 00 block of West Norwood Avenue, was identified as a suspect by Richmond Police detectives during the investigation. [...]

Park’s Combo II at 100 East Brookland Park Boulevard got popped by the Health Department for 3 critical and 6 non-critical violations (many involving cleanliness) on September 17th. Park’s did about as well back in June.
