Rosedale quarterly meeting is Wednesday

Hermitage Road closed near CSX crossing this week

City of Richmond Department of Public Works has closed the 1100 and 1200 blocks of Hermitage Road to perform work at the CSX railroad crossing until Sunday, March 8. Traffic signs, barrels or barricades will mark detours.
