Introducing Stuff Redux, Richmond’s creative reuse center! Our mission is to promote creativity, art, environmental sustainability, education, and community engagement through the collection and redistribution of traditionally discarded materials. Our organization will provide a home for Richmond’s creative movers and shakers, and a nexus for ideas and community-supported projects that promote environmental sustainability, education, collaboration, and the arts.
We are opening our new space at 1608 Rhoadmiller Street in Richmond this February. We will be open Friday and Saturday 11-5 or by appointment. Part storage unit, part community center, this space will host workshops, classes, community events, and a store where community members can come to browse and purchase a variety of reusable materials at a fraction of retail cost.
What objects or materials do you get rid of that might have a chance at a second life?
