Police end “Wake Up Call” initiative
WRIC is reporting that Richmond Police have decided to end the “Wake Up Call” initiative. Yesterday the Rutherford Institute sent the RPD a letter questioning the constitutionality of the initiative.
I haven’t seen anything official from the police yet, but will update this post when I do.
