Councilwoman Ellen F. Robertson (6th District)

• Ann Hardy Plaza Community Center • 3300 First Avenue
• Agenda: Discuss improvements planned for Highland Park, implement a community-created quality of life plan, the Richmond Department of Public Works will discuss Meadowbridge traffic flow strategies, and a few other items.
