Guardian Angels win major award
OK, so the headline may be more a A Christmas Story joke than the actual truth, but still! The Guardian Angels were award the above award by the Mayor and City Council for their participation in Richmond’s Clean City Comission Adopt-a-Spot/Street/Greenway.
