Starting in June, the 4th Precinct has combined the MPACT and CAPS meetings into one big meeting-a-thon. There should be a lot of good Northside info floating around out there, especially for Highland Park: some VCU students are presenting the North Highland Park Quality of Life Plan. Your assignment attend the MPACT/CAPS meeting

I’m looking for one interesting quote from either of these meetings. Whatever you think is the most interesting takeaway from the night. If you feel a burning desire to write more, have at it!

The meeting is this Thursday (June 16th) starting at 6pm for the CAPS portion moving into the MPACT portion at 7pm. If you want to study up before hand you can download the North Highland Park Quality of Life Master Plan (a massive PDF) .
