Council to consider special use Seminary, Melrose

Update:

It look like this ordinance will be continued and sent to the Land Use Subcommittee. The committee will meet Tuesday, October 19th. Assuming the Land Use Subcommittee comes to a decision on the ordinance it would go in front of Council on Monday the 25th.
