Councilwoman Ellen F. Robertson to hold Northside Revitalization meeting

Councilwoman Ellen F. Robertson will be holding a special meeting — in addition to her regularly scheduled meetings — on neighborhood revitalization. The proposed agenda is “When churches, nonprofits, business and government come together reform of a community is promised!”

Guests/Speakers:

• Northside Revitalization Coalition, led by Pastor Larry Miles
• Virginia Commonwealth University’s Meadowbridge Redevelopment Plan
• Mayor’s first Chief Service Officer for Volunteerism, Mr. Paul Manning

The meeting will be held Saturday, 2 October 2010, 10:00 a.m. – Noon at the Fresh Anointing Cathedral (3001 2nd Avenue).
