Yesterday there were a string of six reported burglaries in Highland Park and Barton Heights.

An unknown person(s) broke into the residence and stole a gun, cash, a laptop, jewelry and shoes.

508 Bancroft Ave.
An unknown person(s) broke into the residence and stole a lockbox.

7 W. Brookland Park Blvd.
An unknown person(s) broke into the business and stole several items.

3805 Moss Side Ave.
An unknown person(s) broke into the residence.

9/26/10 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
3211 Chamberlayne Ave.
An unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole money, a video game system and an iPod.

9/26/10 — 9/27/10 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
4401 Corbin St.
An unknown person(s) broke into the residence and stole a TV.
