A black 55 gallon rain barrel was stolen from the 1200 block of Overbrook (near the Police Academy).
Who steals a rain barrel?

How is it that a fucking rain barrel gets reported as news by the city but my Macbook disappears without a trace or mention from anyone?

Our neighbor’s house also had some tools stolen from the front porch. It doesn’t appear to be the same MO as the rash of thefts reported earlier but it’s still irritating. I’m keeping an eye on Craigslist. It doesn’t have any salvage value as far as I can see, either the thief wanted a rain barrel or figured they could make a quick buck on it.
Add license plates to cars being stolen too. I’ve heard about three people so far that have had their tags stolen.
