i have a wild theory……. young people do crimes knowing they will get put in jail, cause jail has structure (which they crave), and that is lacking out in the streets
Maxfisher…sounds like a pretty sound theory, because this crime was just too stupid for remarks….living a block away and shooting it out with your neighbors on a crowded street…no I will not get caught…oh the maddness…
Via RPD email: Both suspects have now been picked up by the police.
