Craigslist has this offer of free mulch in Ginter Park:

We ordered more mulch than we needed and have about a pickup truck load left over. It’s double shredded hardwood from Pete Rose. Bring a truck and a pitchfork and it’s yours. All I ask is that you leave my tarps.
