Colonel Bellamy is a 4 year old orange tabby who slipped out an open door sometime on 6/17. He may still be wearing a black invisible fence collar. Please call my cell at 804.514.7712 if you see him. He is an indoor cat and is probably very scared. He may be hiding under a porch or in a shed.
