Is it 1:30 or 3:30?
1;30
New date 06/17/2010 01:30 PM
why was there a new date? did they reschedule? this place is an eyesore to the community and very shady, it is an obvious haven for drug activity……
The manager/owner had a family emergency. MJ if you can come to the hearing on 6/17 please do so. Judges do take in account when members of the community time to come to a hearing.
Hearing is on for 6/17 1:30, Manchester Court house.

Looks like the “manager” of the R&S straighten out his warrant and has a new court date for 10/21/2010 at 1:30 Manchester Court house. Court Watch needs people to show up to his hearing.
CAPS and City Attorney dropped the ball again. Looks like found on only one charge for no paying meals tax. And still has drug activity in and around the building.
My husband is on a tour of downtown with Partnership For Smarter Growth today, and they’re stopping at multiple sites formerly blighted or currently being pursued by the city because of blight. How do we get that kind of attention over here? Or have we all just chosen to live in the city’s dumping ground where we have to live with the consequences of the city’s blind eye?
