City real estate tax remains unchanged

Contrary to “popular opinion”:http://northrichmondnews.com/news/2010/03/10/2010-proposed-real-estate-tax-rates/, City Council decided to leave the real estate tax rate at $1.20 per $100 in assessed value real estate value.
