great property, problem is, you buy for 1/2 million put in 1/2 million and what ya got? Million dollar masion in the hood. also who is going to loan you the money?
About 6 years ago it was on the market for $250,000. I been in the foyer of it. It just as big inside as it is outside. It’s shame that it been allowed to get into the shape that is now. Long long time ago there was 6ft iron fence that went around it.
