Two properties up for auction

The city is auctioning off two properties in the Northside this month:

* 3025 Garland Avenue
* 3405 Carolina Avenue

Both are located in historic districts and renovation costs could qualify for some tax credits. The auctions will take place tomorrow at Motley’s Galleries at 4402 W. Broad Street at 6pm.
