When’s the 13 Acre Yardsale?

bq. I am a Lakeside resident and cannot for the life of me find any information on when the 13 acres yard sale will be held this year (at the corner of Laburnum and Hermitage). Many of us in the Lakeside area WAIT for this yard sale every year — please let me know if you have any info.

Hi there –
I am a parent who has a child at Linwood Holton Elementary school and I heard from the principal of the school that 13 Acres is not going to be holding their yard sale (apparently they were supposed to but decided against it).
Holton is going to be hosting a gigantic Holton Family Yard sale on May 15th, we will be renting out sites to Holton families and residents in the area. The spot rental fees and money made from the concession stand (which will be selling a variety of homemade goods) will go towards the Holton PTA.
So, if you are thinking about doing a yard sale this spring – please email me and let me know and I can put your name down for a spot (we are still discussing the amount that we are going to be charging for a spot – anywhere between $10-$15) and it will be held on the parking lot in front of the school. You will need to provide your own tables and umbrellas – spots on a first come basis.
May 15th from 7:30 – 11:30am (with a diversity thrift/salvation army truck arriving then for any items that people wish to donate)
