Councilman Hilbert will be hosting one of his regular 3rd District meetings tonight at 6pm. The meeting will be held at the Richmond Police Department Training Academy auditorium at 1202 W. Graham Road

The meetings are free and all Northside 3rd District citizens are invited and encouraged to attend.
