From the way the roundabout at Laburnum and Hermiatge has been handled, and especially by Mr. Hilbert, I doubt this is a joke….it could be truely believable. Remember this is Richmond City Council we are discussing….

Just like poor Pooh ….. I am somewhat con-fuse-eled here.

This is a joke, right?

If it, by chance, is not — who was the one dissenting vote? And, how in the world are we going to avoid having young people get hit by cars.
