From the Times-Dispatch: Richmond police have arrested a man suspected of committing burglaries in the North Highland Park area. Marcellus A. McQuinn, 34, of the 2600 block of Third Avenue, was arrested yesterday and charged with burglary and grand larceny. Police said McQuinn is also wanted in Halifax County, N.C., on burglary and larceny charges.

Lakeside Farmers’ Market has submitted concept drawings for a permanent structure to the Henrico County Planning Department; the drawings were developed in conjunction with the Henrico County Enterprise Zone. From WTVR: It appears that a Woodfin oil truck has overturned just under the Bryan Park overpass. The cab and the tanker have come apart and fuel is leaking from it. Avoid the area and hope the fuel doesn’t leak into Bryan Park!
