Police seek public’s help in missing person search

From the Richmond Police Department: The Richmond Police Department is asking again for the public’s help in finding a missing person. Clarence Wise Harris Jr., 59, was last seen March 2 at his residence in the 4900 block of Old Brook Road. Harris has dementia and a history of wandering away, according to his family. [...]
