Chris Hilbert’s Northside meeting will focus on strategic planning
Richmond City Councilman Chris A. Hilbert’s regular monthly meeting will spend time getting feedback from 3rd District residents on a strategic look at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) facing North Richmond. The meeting will be facilitated, and district residents are encouraged to participate and provide their input.
The meeting will be held tomorrow, March 25, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Richmond Police Department Training Academy at 1202 West Graham Road (behind VUU).
I will not be able to attend tonight but will someone PLEASE ask why the roundabaout legislation has been continued for almost a year now. Is it going to happen or not? What is Hilbert’s deal? Make a decision one way or the other. Government at its’ best.
