I joined Richmond’s press today for a tour of Movieland, which looks like it is going to be an amazing addition to the Boulevard corridor. Valerie Catrow at RVANews did an excellent job of describing the tour, and Movieland’s features, so I put together a slideshow:

Shockoe/Boulevard/Diamond meeting summary

You can find a reasonably good summary of the presentation made by the developers of the proposed Shockoe Bottom and Boulevard projects at Buttermilk & Molasses. There is also a post capturing about 50% of the comments, questions and answers. The meeting was held earlier this evening at Holton Elementary School in North Richmond.
