District meetings with Councilman Hilbert resume this month

The 3rd District’s monthly meetings with City Council representative Chris Hilbert will resume on Wednesday, January 28, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Richmond Police Academy behind Virginia Union University. The meetings are held every fourth Wednesday.
