New sidewalks spring up around Bellevue

City crews have been hard at work during the month of December tearing up old sidewalks and replacing them along streets in the Bellevue neighborhood. Here are some photos of the work-in-progress, and of several completed sidewalks. [All photos by Nikole Sarvay for North Richmond News.]
