New sidewalks spring up around Bellevue

North Richmonders alerted about shed/garage break-ins

A letter circulated in mid-December from Lieutenant Timothy Morley of the Richmond Police Department alerts Northside residents to an increase in burglaries to sheds and detached garages throughout North Richmond. Lieutenant Morley asks residents to be alert to suspicious vehicle or foot traffic in alleys, and to consider having the police conduct a site survey [...]
