Arrest made in Battery Park shooting
The Richmond Police Department reports that Javon Antonio Poag was arrested on October 23 for Tuesday’s shooting of a 16-year-old on West Lancaster Road in the City’s Northside. Poag, 21, of Petersburg has been charged with malicious wounding, possession of a firearm while a convicted felon, three counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and two counts of robbery.
