Weatherization kits for senior citizens available on Friday

From the City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities:

[The] Department of Public Utilities will be at Pleasants Hardware. 2024 W. Broad Street, Friday, Oct. 24, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., distributing weatherization kits for free to senior citizens. Each kit contains window insulation materials, weather sealers, outlet and switch covers, toilet tank water conservation devices, and a fluorescent light bulb. Traditionally, this event draws a large turnout of senior citizens concerned about energy conservation.
