Northsiders invite neighbors to meet-and-greet with mayoral candidate

North Richmond residents Betty Jolly and Matt Mansell have organized a meet-and-greet reception with State Delegate Dwight Jones, who is running as a candidate in Richmond’s mayoral race. The reception will happen this Saturday, September 6, from 3:30 until 5:00pm at 3809 Fauquier Avenue, and is free; refreshments will be served.
