I have been driving through the neighborhood for severa months now house shopping and the southern part of “The Tip” is very nice. I have recently made an offer on a home and hope to close soon. Anyway, I can see the improvements and I like them It is a very interesting time in this neighborhood and I hope to help the momentum going to make it better.

Glad this is finally underway! As a resident of the neighborhood, this traffic calmer is much needed and much wanted by our civic association. It’ll also be an attractive gateway to Highland Park.

I see some very important reasons for going forward with this roundabout as well as the one proposed at Laburnum Avenue and Hermitage — “new concrete sidewalk along several streets; and improvements to existing drainage systems and landscaping.”
