Candidates for Council, School Board
The Times-Dispatch has the latest list of candidates running in each district for City Council and the School Board. Candidates have until June 10 to file. As of May 31, here are candidates for the 3rd District:

What about Carol Wolf for School Board?
Apparently, she hasn’t filed yet. I can’t imagine she won’t run.
RPS cannot lose her!!! She truely advocates for the kids.
Her name is Norma Murdoch-Kitt not Murdock-Kitt.
I should think that the North Side News should know how to spell the name of someone who has been so active in the community, even if the daily newspaper simply copies a mistake made by the a harried clerk in the registrar’s office.
First, it’s Norma H. Murdoch-Kitt. Anyone who has spent any time on North Side should know here name is not spelled with a k in it, even if the daily newspaper slavishly repeated a mistake a harried clerk at the registrar’s office made.
And Carol Wolf is running. Only someone who has nothing better to do than repeat bad information would have no notion.
Blame it on harried posting. Inadvertent typos apparently happen to all of us from time to time.

Once everyone has gotten over how to correctly to spell a candidates name, you may want to look closely at what they stand for. Carol is going to be a huge loss to us parents who send our kids to Richmond public schools. Most of you won’t realize this loss til you need something done. Good luck with that, none of the other board members are responsive to family concerns.
