Hi! I’ve been reading your site for about a year now– thanks for putting it up! We’re about to buy an old house in Bellevue, and I was wondering if you had any recommendations for a really good house inspector who knows about the delights and follies of old houses. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Don’s very experienced, and very ethical. He also uses a lot of technology tools to assist in both the inspection itself, and to create his reports. He’s swift and very customer-service oriented.

  2. i would give Art Conner a call. You may not realize that home inspectors don’t have to be liscened but he is.
Definately be there to do the inspection with him and check everything you can think of yourself as well. It is always possible for them to miss something no matter how good they are.
