I am proud of my Northside residence and City residence. I do not want to deal with the personal hassle of having my mailing address changed. Surely - if Henrico wants those within its bounds to have a Henrico address - have at it - just don't sweep us true City residents into it. Jenn - get together with Hilbert and stop the insanity.
