The City of Richmond has launched a month-long “Give Us the 4-1-1” campaign to help improve its new 311 call center to handle citizen requests for services.

The campaign runs through mid-April. Residents who have used the city’s 311 call center are encouraged to provide the city with feedback on the phone system. And all Richmond residents are encouraged to take advantage of the new system to let the city know about issues that need to be addressed in their neighborhoods.

Simply dial 311 to report potholes, downed trees, utility issues, request social services, and other City matters.
