Councilman’s North Richmond meeting slated for Wednesday

Councilman Chris Hilbert’s regular monthly meeting will be held this Wednesday, February 27, at 6:00 pm at the Richmond Police Academy at 1202 West Graham Road (behind Virginia Union University, off of Brook Road).
