Another weblog visits Kitchen 64
Kamen Lee Dot Com, one of several hundred local weblogs, took a spin through Kitchen 64′s extensive menu and gave it a thumb’s up. We’re still waiting for the “official” reviews from the Times-Dispatch and Style Weekly, but in the meantime, check out the list of websites that have reviewed Kitchen 64 — and the comments North Richmond News readers have left about their experiences.

I give every new restaurant I patronize up to 3 strikes before I write them off. Kitchen 64 already has 2 in my book. Like many Northsiders I eagerly awaited the opening and couldn’t wait to get in there. Sadly both my visits have been sullied by an unprofessionally run restaurant. Both times my appetizer appeared after my dinner. On my first visit it took 1 hour and 9 minutes to produce a cobb salad. Both visits had me having to visit the bar to get tea refills. I ask coworkers and friends their experiences and they all have the same experience with the apps and refills. This place needs to get it together or change it’s name to Kitchen Closed!
ive had fantastic dining experiences at kitchen 64, once the places gets over half a year, they’re going to be all smoothed out, seems like to me they have already tailored the place up real well. killer apps! whats funny is the “unprofessionally run restaurant” comment, i think the giavos clan knows how to professionally run a restaurant, and if you’ve seen the amount of people that come in every day, i dont think they have to worry about changing the name to “kitchen closed”. kitchen 64 is northside’s savior.
