New flower shop joins bustling retail community

Northside’s retail community recently expanded on the dining from with the openings of Kitchen 64 and the North Side Grille. From the looks of it, Nicola Flora — a floral shop on Bellevue Avenue — is now open and ready to take orders for your Fourth of July bouquets.
